What this preview does

The cart stores product choices, quantities, and selected learning levels in your browser. Registration sends your name, email, phone number, and delivery address to Easy English Box so we can create your account and email you a verification link. Do not enter payment details here. Your browser may independently offer autofill.

The website currently requests fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google’s servers. Hosting and font services may receive technical request information, such as IP address and browser information. Their exact retention and processing arrangements must be documented before launch.

Accounts and orders

Registration stores your name, email, telephone number, and delivery address, plus whether your email is verified. Orders, subscription status, payment references, and delivery updates are not recorded yet. Your saved address can be updated before an order exists. Changing it later will not silently change delivery details for an order already placed. Full card details must be handled by the chosen payment provider, not this form.

Proposed legal bases are contract/pre-contractual steps for registration, orders and delivery; legal obligations for required financial records; and documented legitimate interests for security and relevant support. Optional marketing, if introduced, must be offered separately on an appropriate legal basis. It is not a condition of purchasing.

Providers, retention, and transfers

Registration is stored so we can verify your email and keep your delivery details. Payment and delivery records are not connected yet.

To complete before launch: identify hosting, payment, and delivery providers; their roles and locations; applicable international-transfer safeguards; and retention periods or criteria for each record category.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn for processing that relies on it. Requests normally receive a response within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You can complain to a competent data-protection authority. The Bulgarian supervisory authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). Follow its published complaint procedure. Seller and ordering status

These are draft terms for Easy English Box. The seller is KIWI1 OOD, bul. Hristo Botev 92 B, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Business tax identifier: BG208147246. Country-specific consumer requirements still need review before launch. The preview accepts no orders or payments and creates no contract.

Your box and price

Each A5 box contains three printed English-learning booklets stacked inside. A Year of Boxes includes 12 boxes total, delivered one per month over 12 months; two of those 12 boxes are free. The annual subscription costs €249.00 paid upfront (€24.90 × 10) for 12 boxes delivered one per month: two of the 12 boxes are free, with free delivery within Europe for all 12 boxes. The monthly subscription is €24.90 per month plus delivery and continues until cancelled. A one-off or gift box is €29.90 plus delivery: one purchase, no subscription or renewal.

Delivery charges, applicable tax treatment, accepted payment methods, and the final amount must be stated before an order is placed. These details are not yet configured.

Registration and payment

Provide a name, valid email, phone number, and complete delivery address. Email verification is required. A box must not be dispatched until payment has been received. Registration alone is not evidence of payment or an accepted order.

Recurring subscriptions

To finalise: billing date, cancellation notice and effective date, failed-payment handling, address-change deadline, and contract acceptance/confirmation process. The annual two-boxes-free offer’s eligibility rules also need confirmation. These will be displayed before checkout is enabled.

Delivery and your rights

Subscribe by the 20th, inclusive, to expect the first box the following month. Delivery for later subscriptions must be confirmed. Read the delivery and returns sections below. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections. Contact info@easyenglishbox.com about questions or complaints.

Monthly cutoff

Subscribe on or before the 20th day of the current month, inclusive, to expect your first box during the next month. For example, a subscription made by 20 October is expected to begin with a November delivery. This is a delivery month, not a guaranteed arrival date.

A verified email and received payment are required before shipment. For registrations after the 20th, the first delivery month will be confirmed before purchase.

Delivery details

Our planned delivery region is Europe. Free annual-plan delivery applies only to supported destinations in Europe, including supported non-EU European countries. It does not apply outside Europe. Monthly and one-off orders have a delivery charge. Any import charges are separate from delivery fees. Available countries, delivery costs, and any applicable import-charge arrangements will be stated before purchase.

Awaiting confirmation: the list of supported European destinations, shipping prices and carrier, cutoff timezone, dispatch window, one-off/gift delivery timing, and handling of late payment, failed delivery, or address changes. The annual plan includes free delivery within Europe for all 12 monthly boxes. Monthly and one-off boxes have an additional delivery charge.

Cancelling future renewals

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals according to the final cancellation terms; it is separate from the statutory right to withdraw from a contract. The monthly plan continues until cancelled; the annual plan covers 12 monthly boxes for €249.00 paid upfront (€24.90 × 10), with two boxes free and free delivery within Europe only. The annual plan does not automatically renew. Cancellation timing and the account cancellation function are not yet configured. They must be settled before subscriptions open.

EU consumer withdrawal — draft

For qualifying online purchases of goods, EU consumers generally have 14 days to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. For a contract covering regular deliveries during a defined period, the period generally starts from receipt of the first goods. The applicable national rules and final subscription structure must be checked before launch.

Returns and refunds

Where the withdrawal right applies, goods normally must be returned within 14 days after notification. Refunds generally include standard outbound delivery and are due within 14 days of withdrawal notification, although refunding may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received. Deductions may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

To complete: return address, return-cost responsibility disclosed before purchase, and operational refund instructions. No blanket exclusion for opened booklets is asserted.

Problems with a box

Damaged, missing, or incorrect goods are separate from a change-of-mind return. Contact info@easyenglishbox.com with your order reference and a description. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming goods remain available.

Online withdrawal

An online withdrawal function and confirmation process must be implemented and checked against applicable rules before online orders open. Email contact and this draft wording are not a substitute for that functionality where required.

What this site stores

The storefront uses browser local storage to remember your bag, including option identifiers, quantities, and selected learning levels. The entry is called easy-english-box-cart-v3. It has no automatic expiry and remains until you clear it, clear site data, or your browser removes it. It contains no registration address, phone number, or email.

No analytics or advertising scripts or optional tracking cookies have been added to this storefront. This statement covers the application; hosting, authentication, payment and email integrations must be reviewed when connected. Google Fonts is currently loaded remotely as described in the privacy notice.

Your controls

Use the button below to remove this site’s saved shopping bag. Your browser’s site-data controls can also remove local storage. Clearing it does not cancel any real subscription.

Before launch

Audit all connected services. If optional analytics or advertising storage is introduced, obtain the required prior choice and make refusing or changing it straightforward. The current site does not present a misleading “accept all” banner for trackers it does not use.

Learning materials

Easy English Box provides supplementary English-learning materials. Individual progress depends on starting level, practice, and other factors. No specific result, exam score, or fluency timeline is promised.

Images and level labels

Packaging and booklet images are design concepts, including generated visualisations. Final contents and appearance must be described accurately before ordering opens. A1–A2 labels indicate intended learning level, not an accredited qualification or a guarantee of certification.

Respect the applicable copyright and licences for the materials. No broader teaching, copying, or redistribution licence has been specified. Contact info@easyenglishbox.com about permissions, accessibility needs, or an error in the materials.
